Due to ongoing problems with our post-New-Orleans illness, nine of us set out, sans Marty, for a leisurely ski today. We started out using the Terrace trail which we took to Kovach, and then headed west along Kovach to Aspen. On the Aspen trail before we reached the lookout, Gabe and I turned back and retraced our steps to wait for the rest of the group who did the loop up to the lookout on Kovach, then up to the Ribbon Creek trail to continue east, and then back down Terrace to meet up with us at the pub. It was a fantastic day, although the trail was in pretty rough shape from the beating it was taking from people walking and snow shoeing on the track set.
