Despite gale-force winds this week, 13 brave walkers showed up for the first-ever half-and-half walk. Down at the walking trails, the wind was but a breeze - not enough to be annoying, but enough to hold the mosquitoes at bay. Yay!! The thirteen of us (plus two pooches) enjoyed a leisurely stroll south from Snow Valley, then returned to the cars where seven bid farewell and the six remaining continued on for the second half, heading north towards Whitemud Park.
