Meet in the front entrance of the Alberta Art Gallery at 6:50pm. I will have a leopard print scarf, but you can also take a look at my picture. If you are late you can go to the main desk and buy your ticket. You will need to PAY AT THE EVENT. This is a drop-in adult art class offered by the Art Gallery of Alberta. No experience required and all materials are supplied. The theme for this class is Landed: Watercolour Resist Painting: Work with watercolour paints, coloured inks and resist techniques to create a landscape inspired by the work of the Barbizon School of Painting. Bring in a photo of your own to explore the idea of ‘place’ in your work or work from supplied inspiration. This is a great way to try something new or hone an existing skill! |
