This show books up insanely early! To get tickets, we have to buy them asap. Carly's Angels is a riotous and risque musical review. This trio puts an interesting twist on the word "woman". An energy driven 2 hours of impersonations of the biggest names in showbiz. See Village Cantina's web site for more information.

Doors open at 7PM for dinner. The coordinator will be there around that time to get us a table. Please indicate in the notes if you'll be joining me for dinner, or coming later just for the show. Our tickets are being held at the door under my name, or under Calgary Culture Club.
What a fantastic evening! Carly is a fabulous hostess - warm, friendly, funny and witty. She and the other performers put on a terrific show. It was very light-hearted and fun, and we all enjoyed watching the extra attention heaped on the straight guys in the audience. Well, maybe the guys didn't enjoy it quite as much as the girls. I would highly recommend this show, especially with a group.

An apres-club get-together at Princess Shelley's gave a few of us a chance to continue socializing after Jorinda and Alissa trashed the club. Just kidding, although there was a minor tackle/hug-gone-wrong incident involving a table, some glasses, and two (presumably very sore) gals.
