Drop-in belly dance class. Share and practice moves and techniques. All levels welcome. Class will start with some strength training and end with some stretch. What happens in between is up to those who show up. We'll practices various moves, and perhaps learn some new stuff if dancers with other experience decide to join us. | |
An excellent review of many a skills from the world of belly dancing (and a few muscles were discovered) But I don't think we sweated enough.... that will change for next week! |
