Notes Actions
After I completed the schedule inside the Meat Locker, Brent joined us and we had a meeting about next steps, which include:
  • Wearing an activity monitor around my hip for two weeks
  • Collecting samples of my pee for two weeks (the samples go into an insulated bag in the freezer until their team member comes to pick them up)
  • Recording everything I eat for three non-consecutive days.
