When I was told that I would get a heart monitor for 24 hours, I expected something like a single band around my chest or something. I did NOT expect 50 lbs of gear (only a slight exaggeration), including five electrodes, a blood pressure monitor that activates every 20 minutes (thankfully only once/hour from 8PM to 8AM) plus the two big recording units. My goodness. I'm glad I only have to wear this stuff for 24 hours!
After I got outfitted with all the gear, I couldn't get my own t-shirt back on over it all. Thankfully Brent had a jacket along that he didn't need, so I put that on over top of all the gear. Then, I went across the hall to get a bunch of breath tests done - completely unexpected, but I'm looking forward to seeing the results.
