The sun was out in full force today along with warm temperatures! The trail is mostly exposed so for future reference the high for today of 25C was almost uncomfortable. It was exciting to witness an avalanche off of one of the peaks warmed by the sun. The pooches were a delightful addition as always, and there was much frolicking by both human and beast in what little snow remained. Note to self for future trips: Meet at event option is actually a bad idea considering that the carpool group can arrive at quite a different time from those meeting at event and with SO many others milling around it's hard to figure out who's looking for the COC.
