Holy toledo but this trail is challenging with 6" of fresh snow on it! Good thing the moderates were breaking trail for us, or we'd still be out there trying to make it up to the pass! I also seem to be having a bit of trouble mentally adjusting to the change in seasons. Note to self: it's COLD out there - dress appropriately! ;) Thanks to all my fellow slowpokes for keeping me company today. It was a beautiful day, and a great hike (albeit quite a bit more challenging than we were expecting!). --Rhonda |
