CCC - Brunch and Shopping at Calgary Farmers' Market
We'll have brunch in the food court (lots of great vendors) and then do some shopping at the Calgary Farmers' Market. When you get into the market, head into the far right corner. Meet your coordinator at the edge of the food court seating area, in front of Simple Simon's Pies. We'll grab a table together. |

CCC - Veil Workshop with Lina (Belly Dance)
Workshop provided by local belly dance instructor, Lina, to learn veil technique and apply it to both "Oriental" and American Influenced" dance routines. A beautiful veil entrance will be taught as well as sequences that can be used in enclosed spaces (restaurants) About Lina: Lina (Lynn) has been studying Middle Eastern Dance for 7 years. More than half that time has been with Hadia, a Master Level Instructor. She has been a member of the Asianne Professional Dance troupe (directed by Suzy) for the last 5 years and performs regularly in the Calgary area. Lina has combined her love of dance and passion for travel and has toured Egypt, Jordon, Turkey, Morocco, Sri-Lanka and Greece. She is also an accomplished orchestral musician and plays several instruments. This content was blatantly stolen from Abir's Casbah web site. Call Lina at 230-0927 to confirm your spot, and then print off her Registration Form and send it in with your payment.
