This is a fantastic little winter hike, and we had gorgeous conditions for it - mild temps, blue skies, and enough ice on the trail for a couple of non-ice-cleat-people wipeouts, but nothing major. After "summiting" Tunnel mountain, we rewarded ourselves with eats and drinks at The Drake in Canmore where some of us (the less mature, apparently) amused ourselves by putting our faces under the hurricaine-like hand dryer in the washroom. -- Rhonda |
